Position:  Vice Principal: Lead of Primary Phase

Start Date:  September 2018

We are seeking an inspirational and forward thinking professional to lead the Primary Phase of our academy who is highly ambitious for pupils, a strategic thinker, committed to rapidly raising standards and has significant proven experience of impact on pupil progress and school transformation. We need an experienced, high performing leader with the energy and passion to change lives and who can make what others may deem the impossible a reality. This is an extremely exciting time for the Academy as it has become part of Venturers Trust, a new Multi Academy Trust based in Bristol and comprising Primary, Secondary, all-age schools and a Special school. The Trust has 3,200 pupils and 700 staff and is sponsored by the Society of Merchant Venturers and the University of Bristol.

This is an excellent opportunity for an outstanding leader to help shape the future direction of the Academy and its place within the Trust and to work within a dynamic team of school leaders.
