I don’t know my login information. How can I find out what this is?

Please get in touch with your tutor who will log an IT Support ticket on your behalf. IT will then pass your login info to your tutor, to pass to you.

You can do this via the contact methods listed here on the Academy’s contact page.

 

What’s my email address?

Your email address is your login username @merchantsacademy.org. 

For example, student Joe Bloggs, has the username jbloggs234.

Joe’s email address would be: jbloggs234@merchantsacademy.org

 

What’s my Office 365 (email) login?

Your Office 365 login is your email address and your login password.

 

What’s my Google login?

Your Google login is your email address and your login password.

 

How do I login to SAM Learning?

Your login and password is your date of birth followed by your initials (DDMMYYBR).

Joe Bloggs (born on 13th February 2007) would have the login and password: 130207JB.

If requested, the Centre ID is BS13WC.

I need to access work I left in my Hand-In folder/my home drive. How can I get this?

Contact your tutor who will log an IT support ticket on your behalf. IT will then get the work you need uploaded to your Google Drive for you to access remotely.
